Actually there's a story behind this. The Kees, Tings and Darren Lau went to KL for some shopping time. All 6 of us wore Onitsuka Tigers, so Nehe was making a big deal about it and was shouting in the LRT "waaa all Tigers!! yay! take photo!!". Due to that, the lady did the "not happy with life" face the whole journey hahaha

omg the crowd..cannot breath at all.. In conjunction with the opening of the store, there was a lucky draw for the main prize of an Ipad.. My hopes were high.. but i did not win it :( God is reserving me for Ipad2.

All this while, I thought I was the ONLY Othniel in Malaysia. On a boring sunny day, I decided to facebook search myself and I found another Othniel staying in Kota Kinabalu!! I was kinda excited that someone in Malaysia had the same name as I do (something you david, daniel and peters wont experience) I mean come on..Othniel! My grandmother can't even pronounce my name right! So I ecstatically messaged him on Facebook telling him that I was so happy to find another Othniel in Malaysia and this was my reply from him...

You know those Casio watches that we all had as a kid? Yeah those cheap resin strap digital watches with that annoying alarm sound. When we were kids it was the coolest and when we became teens we wanted to throw it away so badly (only to be revived again by the hipster culture).

Guess what. I just found out that terrorists in used this watch

Went to Empire to meet up with Darren at Tang's.. So ngam Onitsuka Tigers got sale..how to resists.. bought some black tigers! nais! Johnston also bought his pair (finally) followed by lunch at Kenny Rogers. Lousy service by the fat indian waitress. What's the 10% service charge for again?

Not really fresh news but figured I should share my little gear purchase here :) Fulltone Fulldrive 2! (As used by Maroon 5, Kings of Leon, Radiohead..) Most expensive overdrive I have ever bought in my life. Never would I have imagined I would spend that much cash on a pedal..can buy a Squier guitar already haha. Yet to spend my Ang Pows yet.. Friday= shopping time. Jyeah... On a random note, just saw the most unlikely couple ever.. a fat chinese lady ( in her 20s) with an old malay man (in his 50s).. Love is blind?

I attended a massive gig at night at Laundry, The Curve. 3 top M'sian bands played last night; They will kill us all, Seven collar t-shirt and Love me butch. They were all amazing and I hadsuch a great time..BUT it got ruined by the time Love me Butch took the stage. Darren, Johnston and I were caught in a middle of a mosh-pit and we 3, chinese boys experienced a culture shock. All the malay youngsters starting pushing aggressively around and a random malay dude started crowd surfing above my head... we were 3 chinese boys in a middle of a mosh pit filled with hundreds of malays.. I guess we were the cool ones.
